How to View Your Program Requirements for Compliance

Would you like to see your program requirements for compliance? Ensuring compliance with program standards is essential. Whether it's having the right license and insurance or meeting vehicle and mileage criteria, understanding these requirements is key.

To easily view what's required for your program, follow these steps below: 

Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard. 

Step 2: Click on 'Compliance'. 

Step 3: To access your License and Insurance requirements, simply click on 'View requirements'.

This action will bring up essential details regarding your License and Insurance, covering specifics such as the required amounts for Bodily Injury per person, Property Damage, and more.

Step 4: If you are enrolled in a FAVR program, you'll also have access to view your Vehicle requirements. Click on 'View requirements'. 

ℹ️ Please note: CPM+Compliance users will not have or see vehicle requirements.

This will bring up details regarding your Vehicle, including minimum cost as new (MSRP) and minimum vehicle age (model year). 

Remember, being non-compliant with any of these requirements may result in reimbursement taxability (see below). Separately, if non-compliant with Document Compliance your company could enforce specific internal policies that may call for withholding reimbursement portions (or removing you from the FAVR program) if these requirements aren't met, in order to encourage compliance.

If the monthly compliance snapshot determines that you are non-compliant in these categories, that month's reimbursement is subject to a Tax Calculation to determine any potentially taxable amounts (see Tax Calculation).
