Keeping track of your compliance history is essential for managing your driver's license, insurance, and vehicle compliance status. Being aware of this information can help you:

- Avoid Tax Surprises: Stay informed about your compliance status to anticipate tax liabilities.
To view your compliance history snapshots, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Compliance' from the left-side menu.
Step 3: Go to the 'Compliance history' section at the bottom of the Compliance page.
Step 4: Click the 'View history' button.
Step 5: This will show your compliance status on a given month. Remember, the compliance snapshots shown here are taken in your latest submission for a given month. For example, if you submit documents on August 30 and they're approved/rejected on September 1, the compliance status for August will be determined. Your compliance status will remain untouched until you resubmit or your documents expire.
Step 6: To reveal the rejection reason(s), simply hover your cursor over the status. In this example, a past submission shows that the expiration date is missing from the uploaded driver's license. You can also see rejection reasons in the out-of-compliance emails sent to your enrolled email address.
That's it! You now know how to view your compliance history. If your information has been rejected, we recommend checking your program's requirements and updating your information from the compliance section of the Web Dashboard or the app.
