Deciding between adjustable and strict
Adjustable
Adjustable is best for teams who want their team members to have flexibility when inputting their mileage. With this option, users will be able to edit their mileage on Manual Trips.
Strict
Strict is best for teams who want to limit their team's reported mileage to tracked or automatically calculated trips only. With this option, users will not be able to edit mileage on Manual Trips.
Step-by-step instructions for picking a manual trip option
Step 1: Navigate to the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Team Settings'
Step 3: Click on 'Account Preferences'.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page. Then, select a manual trip option—and be sure to save!
