How to Turn on Report Notifications for Your Team

In the Admin Dashboard, you can enable email notifications for your team to stay updated on report activity, status changes, and comments.

Follow the steps below to learn how: 

Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard. 

Step 2: Click on 'Team Settings' from the left-side menu. 

Step 3: Click on 'Account Preferences'. 

Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find 'Communication Preferences'. 

Step 5: Turn on report notifications by clicking the toggle until it turns green (ON), then click 'Save'.

That's it! Your teams will now receive notifications for their report activity.
