How to Find Your Subscription Invoice

You can download the invoice for your subscription depending on where you payment was processed:

From the App Store (Apple): 

1. Open your browser and go to reportaproblem@apple.com.
2. Sign in using your Apple ID and password. 
3. Navigate to your purchase history where you will find a list of your recent transactions. 

For Google Play: 

1. Open the Google Play app or visit play.google.com. 
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen. 
3. Select "Payments and subscriptions" and then go to "Budget and order history."
4. Tap on the transactions, then tap "view." 
5. Take a screenshot. 

From the Web Dashboard:

1. Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard. 
2. Click on "Settings."
3. Click on "Manage Subscription" from the side menu.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll find the "Invoice" section. 
5. Click "Download" on the voice you'd like to save to your computer.
