Why Can't I Update the Time or Date of My Trip?

You are unable to change or update the date or timestamp on your trip card unless the trip was added manually. For GPS-tracked trips, the timestamp and date are locked because the feature is designed to record your journey in real time as you drive. The time and date are automatically collected as part of the tracking process and cannot be modified.
