We're so glad to have you as a Premium member, but we understand that sometimes things change! If you no longer need your Everlance subscription, then you can set your subscription to cancel on the next renewal date (so you won't be charged in the future).
To cancel your premium subscription first, select your device:
Step 1: Tap on the 'Settings' icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Manage your account'.
Step 3: Tap 'Manage Plan'.
Step 4: The app will then redirect you to cancel via Apple ID or through us directly, depending on how you purchased.
Once you've completed the steps to cancel via the dashboard or the App Store, you will receive an email confirmation that looks like this:
A few things to remember:
- Everlance subscriptions automatically renew unless the user cancels the subscription from within the account, at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
- After your Everlance Subscription has been successfully canceled, you'll receive an email confirmation to the email address on file shortly after the subscription is canceled.
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Settings' on the left-side menu.
Step 3: Click on 'Manage Subscription'.
Step 4: Under 'Subscription Status' click the 3 dots to bring up 'Set to Cancel'.
Step 5: Click on 'Set to Cancel'.
Step 6: Enter your current password and click on 'Cancel'.
A few things to remember:
- Everlance subscriptions automatically renew unless the user cancels the subscription from within the account, at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
- After your Everlance Subscription has been successfully canceled, you'll receive an email confirmation to the email address on file shortly after the subscription is canceled.
