Curious about when you first started using Everlance to track mileage? Follow these steps to find your first tracked trip.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: On the home screen, locate the Classified Mileage chart and tap the dropdown arrow next to 'This Year.'
Step 2: Select 'Custom'.
Step 3: Choose the 'Yearly' option and select the year you think you started using Everlance. Try different years to see when mileage first appears on the pie chart.
Once you identify the correct year, generate a data export for that period to view a full list of your trips. This will help pinpoint your first trip that was tracked using Everlance.
💡 Pro tip: If you have unclassified trips from the past, use the Unclassified Miles chart to filter by different years.
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Select 'Trips.'
Step 3: Keep your filters on 'All purposes' to ensure you are viewing all of your trips.
Step 4: Then use the date range filters to start searching for your trips by year.
Your most recent trips will appear at the top of your trip list while your oldest trip will appear at the bottom. If you have multiple trips, use the tool at the bottom of view 100 trips per page.
