Whether you're filing taxes or analyzing your earnings and expenses, Everlance makes it easy to export your mileage and transaction data. A data export provides a detailed breakdown of total miles driven for your various income sources, personal, or other purposes. You can customize the export by date range and generate transaction exports to see your total revenue, expenses, and a breakdown by categories and tags. Your data export gives you full visibility into your trips and transactions, helping you stay organized and informed.
The Basic (free) version will give you a CSV file of both your Trips and Transaction data for the time frame you select.
The Starter and Professional version will allow you to filter your export with advanced options such as Export Type, Format (CSV, Excel, or PDF), Purpose, or Business Line.
To begin generating a data export, select your device:
Step 1: Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your home screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Export Data'.
Step 3: Tap on the calendar icon at the top of the screen to choose your date range.
