How to Change Your Password

Do you need to update or change your password?

If you know your current password but would just like to change it, please select your device and follow the steps below:

Step 1: Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your home screen.

Step 2: Tap on 'Profile & Settings'.

Step 3: Tap on 'Change Password'.

Step 4: Enter your new and current password and tap 'Save'.

Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.

Step 2: Go to 'Settings'.

Step 3: Select 'Profile'.

Step 4: Scroll down to 'Change Password' enter your new password and current password. Click 'Save' in the top right corner.

That's it! You've just updated your password.
