Not sure which plan you're on? We've got you covered. Follow these steps to check your subscription status or plan type.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: Tap on 'Account' in the top right corner of your home screen.
Step 2: At the top of the side menu, you'll see 'Current Plan,' followed by one of the following options: Free, Premium, Premium Plus, or Your Team (indicating you are part of a company using Everlance Business).
Step 3: To manage your subscription, tap on 'Manage your account'.
That's it! You now know how to check your account status.
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Settings' on the left-side menu.
Step 3: Click on 'Manage subscription'.
Step 4: Under 'Plans,' you'll see a checkmark next to your current plan. For example, it might show "Annual Premium for $60."
Step 5: Under 'Subscription Status,' you can find your next billing date.
That's it! You now know how to check your account status.
