Keeping track of your compliance history is essential for managing your driver's license, insurance, and vehicle compliance status. Knowing this information can help you:

- Avoid Tax Surprises: Stay informed about your compliance status to anticipate tax liabilities.
To view your compliance history and past rejection reasons, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Compliance' from the left-side menu.
Step 3: Go to the 'Compliance history' section at the bottom of the Compliance page.
Step 4: Click the 'View history' button.
Step 5: This will show your compliance status and any potential rejection reasons for previous submissions.
Step 6: To reveal the rejection reason(s), simply hover your cursor over the status. In this example, a past submission shows that the expiration date is missing from the uploaded driver's license.
That's it! You now know how to view your compliance history. If your information has been rejected, we recommend checking your program's requirements and updating your information from the compliance section of the Web Dashboard or the app.
