Are you looking to completely delete you account? If so, keep in mind that this will remove all your data, including trips, transactions, and account details, with no option for recovery. To save your records, export your trip and transaction data to your email and download it to your computer. Note that exports expire after one week for security reasons. Click here to learn how to generate a data export.
If you’re ready to proceed, follow the steps below to delete your account from the app. This option is not yet available on the Web Dashboard.
Step 1: From the app, tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your home screen.
Step 2: From the side menu tap on 'Profile and Settings'.
Step 3: At the bottom of your Profile and Settings screen select 'Delete Account'.
Step 4: From this point, you can choose to generate a data export before proceeding with deletion. Keep in mind that our export links expire after one week. Therefore, if you decide to export your data, ensure you download the file and store it securely. To continue with deleting your account, tap on 'Continue to delete account'.
Step 5: Enter your password and click on 'Delete account forever' to permanently delete your Everlance account.
That's it! You've just deleted your Everlance account.
