Are you looking to completely delete you account? If so, please be aware that deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of all data, including trips, transactions, and other historical information, as well as your account details. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. For your own records, it's advisable to export any trip or transaction data to your email address and download it to your computer. Please note that generated exports expire after a week for security reasons. To learn how to generate a data export, click here.
If you're sure you want to proceed with permanently deleting your account, follow the steps below:
Step 1: From the app, tap on 'Account' located in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: From the side menu tap on 'Profile and Settings'.
Step 3: At the bottom of your Profile and Settings screen select 'Delete Account'.
Step 4: From this point, you can choose to generate a data export before proceeding with deletion. Keep in mind that our export links expire after one week. Therefore, if you decide to export your data, ensure you download the file and store it securely. To continue with deleting your account, tap on 'Continue to delete account'.
Step 5: Enter your password and click on 'Delete account forever' to permanently delete your Everlance account.
That's it! You've just deleted your Everlance account.
