If you made your purchase via our Web Dashboard, our support team is here to assist you. Simply reach out to us at support@everlance.com, and our team will review your records to determine if you qualify for a refund.
App Store (Apple):
For App Store purchases you can request a refund by reaching out to Apple directly. You can contact them by phone at 1-800-676-2775. Alternatively, visit https://getsupport.apple.com/, navigate to Billing and Subscriptions > Subscriptions and Purchases > Request a Refund. While an online process is available, we recommend engaging with an agent through chat or phone.
Google Play:
Google Play users can initiate refund requests through the Google Play website. Visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244?hl=en and follow the prompts; it's a relatively straightforward process. However, please note that Google has a stringent refund policy, and requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
I'm not sure where I purchased my subscription from
If you're unsure where you made your payment, we suggest using Stripe's billing processor charge lookup tool (click here). This tool allows you to check if you've made any payments through Stripe. If you find payments there, it indicates that your subscription was processed through Everlance. If you don't find any payments, it's probable that your subscription was made through Apple (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users).

We're excited to announce new subscription plans: Basic, Starter, and Professional! Your current plan remains unchanged, and you'll retain access to all your existing features. Be sure to explore our updated plans and enhanced features, available starting December 13th on iOS and December 27th on Android.
