You can download the invoice for your subscription depending on where you payment was processed:
From the App Store (Apple):
- Open your browser and go to reportaproblem@apple.com.
- Sign in using your Apple ID and password.
- Navigate to your purchase history where you will find a list of your recent transactions.
For Google Play:
- Open the Google Play app or visit play.google.com.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Select "Payments and subscriptions" and then go to "Budget and order history."
- Tap on the transactions, then tap "view."
- Take a screenshot.
From the Web Dashboard:
- Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
- Click on "Settings."
- Click on "Manage Subscription" from the side menu.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll find the "Invoice" section.
- Click "Download" on the voice you'd like to save to your computer.
