You can download your invoices for your subscription depending on where your payment was processed:
From the App Store (Apple)
- Open your browser and go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in using your Apple ID and password.
- Navigate to your purchase history, where you'll find a list of your recent transactions.
From Google Play
- Open the Google Play app or visit play.google.com.
- Tap your Profile icon at the top right.
- Select "Payments & subscriptions" and then go to "Budget & Order history."
- Review your orders to find and download your invoices.
From the Web Dashboard
- Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.
- Navigate to the "Manage Subscription" section.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you'll find the section where your invoices are available for download.
