Many users ask if they can withdraw the money or funds displayed in Everlance. The short answer is no—you cannot withdraw the dollar amount shown in the app.
The dollar amount displayed on the app is based on the IRS standard deduction rate of $0.70 for every work mile in 2025. Think of the Standard IRS Mileage Rate as the average cost of using your car for work purposes. This includes maintenance, petrol, car payments, car insurance, and depreciation.
For example, every 100 miles driven for Doordash translates to $70 in tax deductions. While Everlance doesn't directly pay self-employed user, it helps them save money by securing tax deductions for work-related trips reported on their taxes. Our data exports are IRS compliant, so in the event of an audit, which is more likely for self-employed individuals, you can easily retrieve your exports from the app or the Web Dashboard -click here to learn how.
