Updating your payment information is a straightforward process that ensures your billing details remain current so you can access all the Starter and Professional features that you love. Whether you've got a new credit card, changed your billing address, or simply want to update your payment method, this guide will walk you through the steps to keep your accounts up to date effortlessly.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: Go to 'Account' in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Tap on 'Manage your account'.
Step 3: Tap on 'Manage Plan' and the app will redirect you to our Web Dashboard.
Step 4: Scroll down to 'Payment Method' and click 'Change'.
Step 5: Update your billing information and tap 'Save Payment info'.

Step 1: Log into your account on the Web Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Settings'.
Step 3: Click on 'Manage Subscription'.
Step 4: Under 'Payment Method,' click on 'Change.' This action will allow you to update or modify your payment information as needed.
Step 5: Enter your new billing details and click 'Save Payment Info'.
