Your employer may require you to complete compliance verification in order to receive your vehicle reimbursement. The process should only take 5-10 minutes if you have all the required information in front of you and helps protect you and the company in case of a car accident.
To begin, select your device:
Step 1: Gather the following documents and information:
- Your current driver's license
- A current odometer reading of the vehicle you use for work
- The Insurance Declaration page(s) of your current auto insurance policy (NOT the same as your policy ID card)

Step 2: Open the app and click on the Settings icon in the top left corner.
Step 3: Next, choose Compliance.
Step 4: After the form appears, first complete the 1. Employee Details section by filling in any missing info or updating your info as needed
Step 5: Scroll down to the 2. Driver's License section and fill in your info
a) Enter the expiration date on your current driver’s license
b) Tap the light gray section under “Upload driver’s license photo”. Choose to use your phone’s camera to take a photo of your driver’s license, or upload an existing photo or file of your license that’s already saved on your phone.
Step 6: Scroll down to the 3. Insurance Declaration section and fill in your info
a) Enter the vehicle make, model and year of the car you are driving for work
b) Enter the current odometer reading of the car you are driving for work
c) Enter your insurance expiration date
d) Enter the VIN of the car you are driving for work, which can be found on your Insurance Declaration page
e) Look for the requested coverage information on your Insurance Declaration page and enter it in the corresponding fields on the form
f) Tap the light gray section under “Upload insurance declaration page”. Choose to use your phone’s camera to take a photo of your Insurance Declaration pages, or upload an existing photo or file of your Insurance Declaration that’s already saved on your phone.
Step 7: Press "Submit" at the bottom of the form
That’s it! You'll receive a confirmation email that Everlance received your submission. In 3 business days, you should receive another email informing you of your submission's approval or rejection.

Step 3: Select Compliance in the General section of the menu
Step 4: After the form appears, first complete the 1. Employee Details section by filling in any missing info or updating your info as needed

Note: If your current insurance does NOT match your employer's minimum requirements, a red message will show in the app. You will need to contact your insurance provider to adjust your policy in order to be compliant.
Step 7: Press "Submit" at the bottom of the form
That’s it! You'll receive a confirmation email that your submission was received by Everlance. In 3 business days, you should receive another email letting you know if your submission was approved or rejected.

Step 2: Log in to the Web Dashboard and click on Settings on the left sidebar menu
Step 3: Click on Compliance on the left sidebar menu
Step 4: Fill out the information in the Employee Details section
Step 5: Type in your driver's license expiration date and have a picture of your driver's license ready to upload. Click choose a file to upload to add the photo.
Step 6: Have your insurance declarations page ready to go and fill out the following fields of the Insurance Declaration section:
a) Enter the vehicle make, model and year of the car you are driving for work
b) Enter the current odometer reading of the car you are driving for work
c) Enter your insurance expiration date
d) Enter the VIN of the car you are driving for work, which can be found on your Insurance Declaration page
e) Look for the requested coverage information on your Insurance Declaration page and enter it in the corresponding fields on the form

Step 7: At the bottom of the page, in the grey area, there will be a place to upload a digital copy of your insurance declarations page.
Step 8: Press the Submit button at the bottom of the form
That’s it! You'll receive a confirmation email that Everlance received your submission. In 3 business days, you should receive another email informing you of your submission's approval or rejection.
