How to Cancel Your Premium Subscription

Step 1: Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your home screen.

Step 2: Tap on "Your Everlance plan". 

Step 3: Tap 'Manage Plan'.

Step 4: The app will then redirect you to cancel via Apple ID or through us directly, depending on how you purchased.

Once you've completed the steps to cancel via the dashboard or the App Store, you will receive an email confirmation that looks like this:

A few things to remember:

• Everlance subscriptions automatically renew unless the user cancels the subscription from within the account, at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
• After your Everlance Subscription has been successfully canceled, you'll receive an email confirmation to the email address on file shortly after the subscription is canceled.

Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on 'Settings' on the left-side menu.  

Step 3: Click on 'Manage Subscription'.

Step 4: Under 'Subscription Status' click the 3 dots to bring up 'Set to Cancel'. 

Step 5: Click on 'Set to Cancel'.

Step 6: Enter your current password and click on 'Cancel'.
