Follow this step-by-step tutorial to learn how to change a member's team from the Team Dashboard. Keep in mind that members can only belong to one team at a time, so moving a member to a new team will automatically remove them from their previous team.
Step 1: Log in to your Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Members'.
Step 3: Double-click on the team member you want to make changes to. If needed,
utilize the search bar to find members by their name, email, or ID.
Step 4: Or click in the box next to the Member(s) that you would like to change and click 'Edit team' button at the top of the page.
Step 5: In the box that appears, type to search for the name of the team that you'd like to move the member(s) into and select the team.
Step 6: Click the green 'Update members' button and you're done!
On the Members page, you'll immediately see the member(s) show as being on the new team.
