If you need to assign a team and role at the time of invitation or if you have many users to invite to the Everlance platform, this feature will save you time and effort by eliminating the need to switch between tabs and manually add users via email invite.
To learn how to invite multiple team members at once, follow the steps below:
Step 1: From the Team Dashboard, click on the 'Members' button on the left side menu.
Step 2: Click on 'Invite Members.'
Step 3: Click 'Upload CSV.'
Step 4: Create your own CSV file or click 'Download CSV Template' to get started. For guidelines on formatting your CSV file, click here.
Pro tip: If you have extra details you want to add to your members, utilize the last column labeled 'meta_example1'. For instance, you can use it to categorize information like departments (e.g., 'meta_department') and input relevant data such as sales, customer support, finance, etc. Click here to learn more.
Step 5: Once your file is ready, upload the document.
Step 6: Click the 'Send invites' button.
Step 7: A loading message will appear where you will have the option of canceling the upload or navigating away from the page while it loads.
Step 8: If you wait for the file to upload, you will then receive a confirmation message.
