Additional Requirements for FAVR Programs:
- For FAVR programs, ensure you provide Annual Business Miles, State, Zip Code, and Program Name.
Non-Editable Fields:
- User ID, Compliance status, Fixed rate, Variable rate, and Work hours cannot be changed here.
Role Management:
- Use the "Roles" column to assign multiple roles; separate them with a semicolon (e.g., Manager; reviewer). For more information on role permissions, click here.
Custom Data:
- If you have extra details you want to add to your members, utilize the last column labeled 'meta_example1'. For instance, you can use it to categorize information like departments (e.g., 'meta_department') and input relevant data such as sales, customer support, finance, etc. Click here to learn more about custom data. This data will be visible at the bottom of 'Member Info' on the Member's tab.
Download Tips:
- When downloading using Numbers, remove the first row of your report. Apple Numbers tends to save the report title as the first row, and removing it ensures correct formatting upon re-upload.
