Everlance Business processes monthly driver reimbursements on the 15th of each month, or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday. If funding arrives early, we're happy to process payments ahead of schedule to help your drivers receive their reimbursements sooner.
To keep reimbursements on schedule, Everlance Business needs up to five business days to process payments after receiving your funding, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Use the funding deadlines below to plan your transfers and help avoid payment delays.

How to Use This Schedule
For each monthly reimbursement cycle:
- Find your reimbursement month and review the funding deadline and scheduled driver payment date.
- Approve your reimbursement reports in the Everlance Business Dashboard.
- Send the approved reimbursement amount by Automated Clearing House (ACH) credit or wire transfer from your company's bank, allowing enough time for Everlance Business to receive the funds by the listed deadline.
Important Funding Reminders
- Funding must be received, not just initiated, by the deadline. Allow sufficient time for your bank to complete the transfer.
- Late funding may delay driver payments. If funds arrive after the listed deadline, reimbursements may not be processed on the scheduled payment date.
- Initial Driver enrollment may affect payment timing. Drivers must complete their direct-deposit enrollment to receive their initial and future reimbursements. Incomplete initial enrollment may delay payment.
