Admins or managers can only view trips of their team when they are classified with the Team Purpose, typically the company name (e.g., Bemis Enterprises). Trips classified as personal or unclassified remain inaccessible to admins and managers, ensuring the privacy of the team. Everlance prioritizes user privacy while facilitating reimbursement by companies, hence access is restricted to trips classified with the team purpose.

Classifying trips is simple; users swipe left or right to categorize them as personal or work trips.
