How to Subscribe to Premium for Everlance Business

A Premium Everlance Business account offers lots of powerful features, including unlimited automatic mileage tracking and VIP support! See what sets free and Premium apart in the chart below!

To access Premium features on the Team Dashboard and provide Team Members with Premium access through the app, follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Log in to the Team Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on 'Billing'.  

Step 3: Toggle the switch to choose a Monthly ($24 per user) or Yearly ($268 per user) plan.

Step 4: Specify the number of team members and choose your preferred payment method. After entering your payment details and user number, click 'Subscribe' to complete the process. 

Important:When subscribing to Premium, ensure that all team members are accounted for. Premium features cannot be selectively assigned to individual drivers; it must be applied to all members.

Step 5: Once you are finished, please have your Team Members refresh their app on their devices. 

You should now see the correct amount of users you’ll be charged for in your next invoice. Please keep in mind that there may be overage charges if the number of members shown in the overview exceeds the number of seats in your plan by more than the one allotted Owner seat.
