How to View and Bulk Assign Members to a Program from the Onboarding Tab

In the 'Onboarding' section of the member's table, you can now assign multiple team members to a program at once. This bulk assignment ensures everyone is set up on the correct reimbursement plan. Note that manually added members who haven’t accepted their invitation won’t be included in this count until they accept.

Follow the steps below to learn how to quickly bulk assign members to a program from the Onboarding tab:

Step 1: Log in to your Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Members' from the left-side menu.

Step 3: At the top of the Members page, click on the Onboarding tab.

This tab shows the number of team members currently in the onboarding process. 

Step 4: On the right side of your screen, you’ll see a list of tasks. Here, you can see how many of your employees need to be assigned a program.

Note: Manually added members need to accept member invite before assigning program.

Step 5: Click 'View' to filter the onboarding members list and see who still needs a program.

Step 6: Select members individually, then click 'Edit Program' to assign those selected to a program.

Alternatively, click 'Assign to program' at the top of your screen to bulk assign members to a program.

Choose the program from the dropdown menu and click 'Save' to complete the assignment.
