How to Generate Member and Team Summary Data Exports

Looking to create an export for a team member or view a summary overview of a particular team? This article will guide you through customizing and generating both directly from the Team Dashboard.

Follow the steps below to get started: 

Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.

Step 2: Go to 'Data Exports'.

Step 3: Click 'New Export' in the top right corner. 

Step 4: Here, you can choose between generating a 'Team summary' or exporting data 'By member'.

Step 5: If you're looking for just an individual member, choose 'By member'. If you're looking for a team summary export skip to Step 9. 

Step 6: Select the individual Member from the dropdown menu. 

Step 7: Choose the dates you require for the data export.

Step 8: Select the file format and export type and click on 'Generate export'.

Step 9: If you're generating a Team summary export, choose 'Team summary'.

Step 10: Select the Team name from the dropdown menu. 

Step 11: Select the date range.

Step 12: Select the file format and export type.

Step 13: Choose whether you want a summary only or full trips list with location. 

Step 14:If you select 'Full trips list with location data', you can also choose whether you'd like to include all tags or select specific tags to be included.

Step 15: Once you're ready, click 'Generate export'. 

Step 16: Finally, click the download arrow to download the data export to your device.

Congratulations! You've now mastered the process of generating exports for individual team members and team summaries.

Please keep in mind: The export link will expire after 7 days for security reasons. To retain the export permanently, simply download it to your device, computer, or thumb drive. Remember, you can generate a new export of your information whenever needed.
