How do Programs Work?

Do you want to know how your reimbursement programs work? Programs are your customized reimbursement plans, tailored with unique rates and trip purposes. Once created, these programs can be assigned to individual drivers or groups using Schedules.

Programs for Admins:

For Admins, programs provide a clear view of each driver's reimbursement rate within their designated program. They simplify the process of defining reimbursement criteria and amounts for team members.

To access programs, Admins simply navigate to the Programs tab within Team Settings. Here, they can efficiently manage rates and purposes. With the Programs tab, team members can be assigned to specific programs based on custom rates and work purposes. These programs can accommodate multiple purposes, each with its own custom rates.

While the Dashboard primarily supports creating CPM (Cost Per Mile) programs, it also provides visibility into FAVR (Fixed and Variable Rate) Reimbursement Programs, along with their respective attributes and requirements.
