How to Bulk Import Team Places

Save time by adding multiple Team Places at once from the Team Dashboard. Team Places are names for common locations that Everlance will automatically assign to everyone on your team. Instead of using street addresses like 1234 Broadway Ave, Team Places are identified by a name, such as Warehouse #2104.

Follow the steps below to learn how to bulk import Team Places:  

Step 1: Navigate to the Team Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on 'Team Settings'.

Step 3: Click on 'Team Places'. 

Step 4: Click '+ Import Multiple'.  

Step 5: Either click 'Choose a file to upload' (or drag and drop your CSV file into the grey box) & click "Upload File". 

Make sure your file is formatted correctly, use the template provided under 'Download our CSV template' to reduce errors. 

Common formatting issues may include: 

• Spaces at the beginning of columns 
• Capitalization of column names 
• Required fields left blank

Your Team Places will appear in the 'Team Places' section once they’ve been successfully added!
