What is the Difference Between the Basic, Starter and Professional Plans?

Everlance offers a Basic plan that allows you to track your mileage, add expense receipts, and generate IRS-compliant reports at no cost. The basic plan includes: 

  • 30 auto-detected trips per month
  • Unlimited manual tracking of trips
  • Unlimited receipt uploads
  • Unlimited manual expense and revenue tracking
  • Unlimited CSV data exports.

If you need more features, you can upgrade to our Starter plan. It is available for $8.99 per month or $69.99 per year. With the Starter plan, you get: 

  • Unlimited trips: While you can manually enter your trips with the Basic version of Everlance, the Starter version automatically records your mileage for you with our Auto-Detection feature. This makes tracking a breeze!
     
  • Work Hours: Save time by adding your work hours in Everlance to automatically classify trips within or outside of certain hours.
     
  • Advanced Reports: Export your data from the app in either CSV or PDF formats with the flexibility to focus on specific business lines for either trips or transactions.
     

Additionally, there is a Professional subscription available for $99.99 a year that includes all the features of Starter and provides additional benefits. With Professional, you receive: 

  • Automatic Expense Tracking: Link your card or bank with the Everlance app to automatically sync transactions to your Everlance account. This feature makes recording transactions ten times faster than manual entries.

How can I upgrade to Starter or Professional? 

1. Go to https://dashboard.everlance.com/premium & sign in with your email (this will be your Everlance username) and password. 

2. Select Monthly or Annual Plan

3. Enter in Credit Card information 

4. You are all set!!

Will Everlance hold my data hostage? What if I don't like the product?

You can access and export your data at any time with a basic account (data export guide). If you find that Everlance isn't a good solution for you simply export your data and pick up with another solution where you left off with Everlance.

I work for a non-profit is there a way for me to get a subscription for free?

Absolutely! If you work for a non-profit, you can enjoy the following discounts:

  • Starter Plan: Free for your first year.
  • Professional Plan: 50% off for your first year.

After the first year, your subscription will renew at the regular price. To take advantage of this offer, email us at support@everlance.com with the name of the non-profit and details about your involvement. We’re happy to assist!
