Not sure which bank account your reimbursements are going to? No problem, we’ve got you covered.
If You Set Up Direct Deposit Through Everlance:
Step 1: Open your Everlance app.
Step 2: Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Select Direct Deposit from the side menu.
Step 4: From here, you’ll see the bank account linked to receive your payments.
If Your Company Uses Checkbook.io:
If you don’t see the Direct Deposit option in Everlance, your company may use Checkbook.io or handle reimbursements internally.
To check your account in Checkbook.io:
Step 1: Go to www.checkbook.io and log in using the email where you receive direct deposit receipts. (If you haven’t created an account before, Checkbook will ask you to set a password.)
Step 2: Click Settings (bottom-left corner).
Step 3: Select 'Accounts and Cards' tab.
Step 4: You’ll see the bank account linked to your reimbursements.
If you're still having trouble, check with your manager to see if your company handles reimbursements internally.
