Save time and reduce errors by using the Everlance API to automatically keep user and place information up-to-date on the platform. The API enables uni- directional data transfer to Everlance, so you can minimize admin work and simplify workflows.
What can be managed through the Everlance API?
1. User Profiles: Easily create and update employee details, including:
Name and employee ID
Contact info (email and phone number)
Start and end dates
Leave periods and reasons
Assigned reimbursement program manager
2. User Attributes: Add tags like team, department, or division to help with cost tracking and organizational context.
3. Team Structure & Roles: Assign users to specific teams and set custom permissions to mirror your internal structure.
4. Favorite Places: Keep commonly visited locations organized and consistently labeled by managing:
Location name
Address
Coordinates (longitude and latitude)
Authentication:
Everlance Business API requires an access_token to authenticate requests, which the Everlance team will provide.
You'll need to send the access token in the Authorization header as follows: Authorization: Bearer access_token
