How to Cancel Funding for Auto-Pay

If you need to stop a payment before it’s processed, you can cancel funding for Auto-Pay.

Step 1: Go to the 'Reimbursements' section in your Team Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the pay period marked 'Funding Initiated'.

You can use the filters at the top to sort by pay periods where the paying has been initiated. 

Step 3: Click 'Manage autopay'. 

Step 4: Click the trashcan icon to the right of the pay-period. 

Step 5: Click 'Yes, cancel autopay'.
