To access Premium features on the Team Dashboard and provide Team Members with Premium access through the app, follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Log into the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Billing'.
Step 3: Click the toggle switch to select either the Monthly or the Yearly plan.
Step 4: Specify the number of team members who will be utilizing Premium features and choose your preferred payment method. After entering your payment details and seat number, click 'Subscribe' to complete the process.
Important:When subscribing to Premium, ensure that all team members are accounted for. Premium features cannot be selectively assigned to individual drivers; it must be applied to all members.
Step 5: Once you are finished, please have your Team Members refresh their app on their devices.
You should now see the correct amount of seats you’ll be charged for in your next invoice. Please keep in mind that there may be Overage Charges if the number of members shown in the Overview exceeds the number of seats in your plan by more than the one allotted Owner seat.
