Do you need to approve/reject your drivers' reports? In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of approving and rejecting one or multiple reports directly from the team dashboard.

Step 1: Log into your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Reports' from the left side menu.
Step 3: Select the Report(s) you would like to approve or reject.
Step 4: Click 'Approve' or 'Reject'.
If you'd like to view an individual report, click on the report you wish to review and select 'Approve' or 'Reject' in the top right corner of your screen.

What happens after I approve a Report?
If a Report has been Approved, it will then go to the next step in the approval flow depending on how your admin has 'Schedules' set up. Possible next steps include another "Approval" or "Fund".
What happens after I reject a Report?
Pro tip: If you need to make a note on a report (such as ask a question about a trip or expense), type in the comment box on the right-hand side of the report page that says Activity and Comments. The Team Member will then be notified via email as well as a notification within the Everlance app.
