We're delighted to have you as an Everlance Business customer, and we appreciate your business. We understand that circumstances can change. If you find that you no longer need your Everlance Business subscription, follow the steps below to learn how to cancel it.
For CPM or FAVR teams with 10 or more users, kindly check your contract for terms of notice and reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for assistance.
Now, let's guide you through the steps to cancel your Everlance Business subscription:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the 'Team Dashboard'.
Step 2: Click on the 'Billing' section from the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Subscription Status' section and click the three dots in the right corner.
Step 4: Click the red 'x Set to Cancel' button.
Step 5: Enter your current password and click the 'CANCEL' button to set the subscription to cancel.
Your subscription will then be set to cancel at the end of your billing period and you will not be charged again.
