What Does it Mean if My Data Export Expires?

Anytime you generate a Data Export, via the app or in the Web Dashboard, the link to the actual export will expire after 7 days (for security reasons). If you download the export, then you can save it permanently to your device, computer, thumb drive, etc. However, the link itself will only last 7 days (we put a timeframe on the export to protect your data).

You can access your data and generate a new export at any time. If you download the export to your computer, then it's permanent, however, the link itself that downloads the export (either in the export email or on the Export Data page of the Web Dashboard) will only last 7 days.
