The good news is that you can access your Everlance account from any device! Your data is stored securely in a cloud instead of locally on your phone. Just download the app and log in using your original password and email address, and you will have access to all of your data. Troubleshooting: Missing Data on New Device
If you've logged into Everlance on a new device and can't see your data, you may have accidentally created a second account. If you still have access to your old device, follow these steps:
1. Open the Everlance app.
2. Go to Account (top right corner) > Profile and Settings > Email.
3. Check for typos or another email listed.
You might have a typo in your email on the new device, creating a second account. If so:
1. Log out of the new device.
2. Log back in with your original email and password.
