Super Admins can now delete all pending invites for the root team directly from the invites table. This feature makes it easier to remove outdated or incorrect invitations, regardless of who sent them.
Follow the steps below to learn how to delete pending invites:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Members.'
Step 3: Select the 'Onboarding' tab at the top of the screen.
Step 4: Click 'View' next to a member's task if they need to accept an invite, or click directly on the bar graph to see all users who need to accept.
Step 5: Click 'Delete invites' to remove all pending invites in this filter. In this example we have three members who have not accepted their invite.
To delete an individual invite, click the trashcan icon on the right side of the members table.
To delete multiple (but not all) invites, check the box next to each member’s email, click the three dots at the top, and select 'Delete invites.'
That's it! You now know how to delete pending invites as a Super Admin.
