Super Admins now have the ability to mark a team member as onboarded. This action removes the member from the onboarding table and updates their status to "Active" in the all-member table. This feature is exclusive to Super Admins and cannot be performed by Managers.
Follow the steps below to learn how to mark your members as onboarded:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Members.'
Step 3: Select the 'Onboarding' tab at the top of the screen.
Step 4: To mark a member as onboarded, hover over the person icon at the far right of the member's row in the table. Click 'Mark as onboarded.' If you'd like to mark multiple members as 'onboarded' at once, skip to step 6.
Step 5: Then select 'Confirm' and your member's status will change to 'active' in the all-members table.
Step 6: To mark multiple members as onboarded at once, select each member you want to mark and click the three dots at the top of your table to view more options.
Step 7: Choose 'Mark as onboarded', and then click 'Confirm.'
ℹ️ Please note: Members with pending invites cannot be marked as onboarded. The only action available for pending invites are deleting or resending the invite.
