Key Steps to Ensure You're Set Up Correctly:
1. Check Your Tracker
Ensure your tracker has all the necessary permissions to capture your trips accurately.
- Navigate to Account (in the top-right corner of your screen) > Tracker Settings > Tracker Checklist. Ensure there are green checkmarks next to each item, especially Auto-detection, so trips are accurately captured in the background on your device.

Open the app at least once a week (or more often) to keep it running smoothly.
2. Submit Compliance Documents
If your company requires compliance documents, you can submit them by:

Go to Account (in the top-right corner of your screen) > Compliance.
Upload your insurance declaration and driver’s license directly from there.
3. Set Up Direct Deposit
If your company reimburses you through Everlance, you’ll need to set up direct deposit:

Follow these steps to complete your direct deposit setup and ensure timely reimbursements.
