If your company uses Everlance Payments to reimburse employees, you can now see who hasn’t set up their direct deposit. This feature helps you identify employees who still need assistance with their direct deposit setup to ensure they can be reimbursed for their mileage. Note that this filter is not available to companies using Checkbook.io or other internal systems. Members who were manually added and have not yet accepted their invitation will not be included in this count until they accept their invite.
Follow the steps below to learn how to check who still needs to set up direct deposit:
Step 1: Log in to your Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Members' from the left-side menu.
Step 3: At the top of the Members page, click on the Onboarding tab.
This tab shows the number of team members currently in the onboarding process.
Step 4: On the right side of your screen, you'll see a list of tasks. Under 'Member Tasks', you'll find the number of employees who 'Needs direct deposit.'
Step 5: Click 'View' to filter the onboarding members list and see who still needs to set up their direct deposit to ensure that they are reimbursed on time.
That’s it! You now know how to see who still needs to set up their direct deposit.
