How to View Members Who Haven’t Downloaded the Everlance App from the Onboarding Tab

You can now see how many and which drivers haven’t downloaded the app on their iOS or Android devices. This feature helps you identify who still needs assistance getting started with Everlance and which employees haven’t begun tracking their trips and expenses. Note that members who were manually added and have not yet accepted their invitation will not be included in this count until they accept their invite.

Follow the steps below to learn how to check who still needs to download Everlance on their device:

Step 1: Log in to your Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Members' from the left-side menu.

Step 3: At the top of the Members page, click on the Onboarding tab.

This tab shows the number of team members currently in the onboarding process. 

Step 4: On the right side of your screen, you'll see a list of tasks. Under 'Member Tasks', you'll find the number of employees who 'Need to download the app.' 

Step 5: Click 'View' to filter the onboarding members list and see who still needs to download the app on their iOS or Android device. 

That’s it! You now know how to see who still needs to download Everlance on their device.
