You can now view the total number of drivers who haven’t accepted their invite, whether they were added manually or through the HR Integration feature. These drivers have received their welcome email but have not yet downloaded the app to join their team or reset their password if they were added through HR Integration.
Follow the steps below to learn how to resend invites in bulk from the onboarding tab:
Step 1: Log in to your Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on 'Members' from the left-side menu.
Step 3: In the All Members table, you'll see a list of every team member. Members with pending invites appear at the top and need to accept their invites before admins can access their profiles or make changes.
If you'd like to hide these members, use the filter option at the top of the table and uncheck 'Show pending invites.'
Step 4: You can also go to the top of the Members page and click on the Onboarding tab.
This tab shows the number of team members currently in the onboarding process.
Step 5: On the right side of your screen, you'll see a list of tasks. Under 'Member Tasks', you'll find the number of employees who have received their welcome email but have not accepted it yet.
Step 6: Click 'View' to filter the onboarding members list and see who still needs to accept their invite to join your company on Everlance.
Step 7: Click 'Re-send invites' to resend those invitations to members.
That’s it! You now know how to bulk resend invites from the Onboarding tab.
