If you were charged for the full price instead of receiving a discount/promotion, there could be a couple of reasons:
1. Check your billing source:
Promotions are only applicable through Everlance's billing system. If you were charged through Google Play or Apple, you will need to request a refund (click here to learn more). Once refunded, you can resubscribe using your discount code.
2. If you were billed through Everlance but didn't receive the discount, reach out to our customer support team. They can assist you in applying the promo code to your subscription.
