How to Switch from an Individual Account to Everlance Business

If you have more than three members in your company, including yourself, switching from an individual Everlance account to an Everlance Business account is a smart move. Everlance Business offers a centralized solution for managing your company's mileage and expenses. With the Team Dashboard, admins and managers can easily access and review reports for each team member, eliminating the hassle of tracking down individual mileage logs and expense reports. Everlance Business saves valuable time and simplifies expense management. 

To learn how to switch to a business account, follow the steps below: 

Step 1: Log in to your account on the Web Dashboard. 

Step 2: Click on 'Team Dashboard' on the left side of your screen. 

Step 3: Enter your full name, the name of your business, the number of employees who will be tracking their mileage, and your phone number, then click 'Create my team.'

Your account will then be switched to the Team Dashboard. From there, you can select the 'Get Started Guide' at the top to walk you through inviting team members, assigning roles, creating programs and rates, and much more!
