Would you like to easily find out which employees have or haven't set up their direct deposit? This article will show you how! While the Team Dashboard doesn't offer a direct way to notify employees, it allows you to download a CSV file and filter out those who haven't completed the setup. From there, you can copy and paste their emails to notify them in bulk or individually, or share the list with managers for follow-up.
Follow the steps below to learn how to download a list of your team's direct deposit status:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the Team Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Members' section on the left side of your screen.
Step 3: In the Members table, look for the new 'Direct deposit' column, which shows the status as either 'Connected' or 'Not Connected'.
If you don’t see the 'Direct Deposit' column, click 'Edit Columns' and select 'Direct Deposit' to add it to the members table.
Step 4: You can notify team members who haven’t set up direct deposits by using this list to send them an email.
Alternatively, you can generate a CSV or Excel file to easily filter out those who haven't completed the setup. To do this, click on 'Export'.
Step 5: Then choose 'Include all columns' to ensure the 'Direct Deposit' column is part of your export.
Step 6: Select your file format.
Step 7: Click 'Export data'.
Step 8: Next, open the spreadsheet in your preferred program. Filter the 'Direct Deposit' column by 'Not Connected' to identify employees who still need to set up their direct deposit.
Reminder: While you can’t notify employees directly from the dashboard, you can take these steps:
- Send a mass email by copying the email addresses from the spreadsheet.
- Share the list with managers to follow up.
- Reach out to employees individually via email.
That's it! You can now easily locate employees who need to set up direct deposit and take the necessary steps to remind them.
