Yes, Everlance does support a variety of currencies. The currency displayed in the app is based on the Region setting on your phone. Unfortunately, you cannot change the currency on the Web Dashboard at this time. If you want to use a different currency, you can adjust this setting on your phone.
To change the currency in Everlance on your mobile device, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Open your phone's Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to General > Language and Region.
Step 3: Make sure that the Region setting is set to your current location. For example, if you wanted the app to be in pound sterling (£) change the region to the United Kingdom
Once you've adjusted the Region setting, Everlance will automatically update to display the currency corresponding to your location.
What if I've adjusted my phone's settings correctly but still encounter currency issues in Everlance?
If you've ensured that your phone's Region setting is configured correctly but still encounter currency-related issues in Everlance, it's possible that the currency you're attempting to use isn't currently supported by the app. In such cases, we recommend treating the dollar symbol as your default currency. Then, when it's time to generate a data export, you can utilize the CSV or Excel options to adjust the currency symbol as needed.
