Everlance utilizes a third-party tool called Stripe to process our subscriptions. Stripe works directly with major card networks (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) to automatically update card information when physical cards are replaced by the banks, whether due to expiration or the issuance of a new CVV.
Even if your physical card has been replaced, the saved payment method details can continue to work seamlessly. Stripe collaborates with card networks and automatically attempts to update saved card details whenever you receive a new card, such as replacing an expired card or one that was reported lost or stolen.
This ensures our customers can use our service without interruption and minimizes the need to collect new card details whenever a card is replaced.
