My Discount Code Isn't Working

Encountering issues with your discount or promo code? Here's a quick guide to troubleshoot:

1. Previous Claims: Check if you've claimed a similar promotion before. For instance, if you previously claimed the DoorDash Promotion, you can't claim it again.
2. Expiration Date: Ensure the promotion hasn't expired. Expired codes won't work.
3. Billing Source: Remember, discount codes are exclusive to Everlance billing. You can't claim discounts through Apple or Google Play.
